Santa Teresa and its beaches are a 15-minute drive away, as are Palau and its Orso. Arzachena, the Costa Smeralda, and Olbia are 20 minutes or more away.

Overlooking the village, the 54-square-meter apartment consists of a living room/kitchen with a small terrace offering a sea view, a king-size sofa bed, A hallway (with interior doors all made of solid wood) separates the living area from the quiet sleeping area and leads to the spacious bathroom, which features a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower, as well as a shoe rack and cabinet.
